PHE 10 Teacher Support: Meeting Curriculum Competencies for Social and Community Health and Mental Well-Being

Red Cross Respect Education invites you to a 7-hour training for PHE 10 and other interested teachers.

Please join us at no charge for this one-day workshop based on the ERAC-certified Healthy Youth Relationships course developed by the Canadian Red Cross. This training will help PHE 10 teachers meet the curriculum competencies for:

Developing healthy relationships
Responding to unsafe situations
Managing conflict
Awareness of personal boundaries
Skills in decision-making, communication, and critical thinking
Analyzing the risks of technology and the impacts of sexual interactions online

As part of the workshop, teachers will be provided with grade-level lesson plans to deliver the content to their students in a flexible, adaptable format.
