Balancing Our Minds Youth Summit was a one-day event for high school age youth to learn about mental health and engage in fun activities and thoughtful dialogue. The purpose of the event was to build awareness of mental health and mental wellness, decrease stigma and connect youth with resources. Students in school districts 61, 62, 63, & 64 planned a great lineup of young speakers and performers who shared their experiences throughout the day!
