Mental Health Literacy

Mental Health Literacy is the knowledge and understanding that helps us become responsible, effective and successful in living full and healthy lives. With good mental health literacy we learn how to take better care of ourselves, our loved ones and our communities.

The delivery of theĀ Mental Health Literacy curriculum is being supported in our middle and secondary schools through training and implementation follow up.

The Elementary Mental Health Literacy Resource is the first of its kind classroom-ready resource designed for classroom teachersĀ to teach students in grades 4-6 about mental health.
