Familysmart provides free one-on-one support for parents and caregivers. Sessions are available via video chat, phone, or email and can be scheduled as frequently as needed. The organization listens attentively to better understand what might help, offering resources and information within the community tailored to the family’s current needs. The Swim ‘n’ Skate Pass for Children and Youth Returns

Goodlife – Teen Fitness is offering a FREE membership for teens 12-17 years for 3 months July 3 to September 3. Teens can workout at the gym from 8-4pm daily! Learn more here!

Self Harm: There is always help, there is always hope  Learning that your child is self-harming can be scary and overwhelming. Self-injury takes many forms and the reason why someone self-injures is complex. Hear from a young person with lived experience and a healthcare professional as they discuss what self-harm is, why youth self-injure, and other options for healthy coping strategies. Summer Camps Victoria offers a variety of summer camps for children and youth (ages 5-18) ranging from outdoor adventure and sports camps to creative arts and science programs. These camps provide experiences that cater to diverse interests and help children develop new skills and friendships. Some camps also provide subsidys. See camps here
