DESCRIPTION:This 9 part series explores Conflict Basics\, Conflict Styles\, Active Listening\, Assertiveness\, Boundaries\, Managing Strong Emotions\, and how Culture and Power impact conflict\, giving you lots of insight and practice to expand the way you communicate. \nThe spring series of Dialogue and Resolution Services’ Communicating through Conflict Training will begin May 1st at the following  locations: \nTuesdays\, 9:30 to 12:30 at Island Community Mental Health 125 Skinner Rd.\nTuesdays\, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Esquimalt United Church\, 500 Admirals Rd \n$40 per session or $315 for all 9 sessions-subsidies are available \nCall 250-383-4412 for more information or to register.
